It’s all about seeing how they get off the mat after today’s debacle. I was not impressed with how they responded early after getting punched in the mouth, though. Doesn’t bode well imo.
Agree..the body language and the speed the 2nd half was played at is very troubling. Worried about how they show up for the home opener

The NFL is not like the Sabres and the Nhl. Tanks are not allowed. Too much at stake.

Other than his dust up with Can Newton and torching Carolina in the preseason, it seems he care less about anything other than collecting his game check

If the NFL had a mercy rule, it would have been called in the first half. In 2 of the 3 the regular season games we've seen NP, the game comes at him way too fast. Slow to react, no response to pressure. Evaluators and coaches have made a huge mistake

The Bills will not hire a big name coach. Any "big" name coach will want partial or more likely total control of the roster. Power that the Bills, with Whaley currently holding that power, and also coincidently running the search will never cede. Whaley will find someone that he can control, hence, it will be a first time head coach. Forget Coughlin. Think more along the lines of Lynn or Kyle Shanahan.
Exactly. Why would a respected coach like Coughlin want to work for/with someone like Whaley who consistently throws his coaches under the bus ?
As for the hate on Marrone.....say what you want about the man but who among us wouldn't take $4 million to not work with a guy you dislike (Whaley)? Marrone saw the toxic culture that Brandon/Whaley perpetuate and opted out. In hindsight, he was correct.

Awesome videos, Jack. Thanks for sharing.
Sometimes I ask myself why I still care given current state. Now I remember why.
Go Bills!!

Depends b.c you never know when a player gets "winded"
Agreed. And you'll never know whose turn it is on any given series

Awesome......very well done and very accurate

good for him....
hot this week, abysmal the next. We've seen this movie.
Nice guy though.
Well said.100% correct

Agreed on all points. That's worth at least $0.50

So this year our team President is selling the unknown. What is yet to be determined is the level of success that the new coaching staff will be able to achieve.
One thing that is known is Fitz. Fitz and his skills are a known commodity that barely anybody would pay to see. Russ and his team have a blank check and they won't use that blank check to pay money, either bonus or salary, to a player barely anyone is interested in seeing anymore.

Yes, I am interested. Would love to have him. Not going to happen. He won himself a huge contract yesterday.
Move along now, nothing to see here

:"Norv......let's switch it up....I want to be on top this time".
'Cool, Chud.....go easy, man".
bahaha....good one!

Do you think it is that easy to learn to block and run routes at an NFL level? He has never played the position nor has he shown any desire to switch positions. Even if he could physically compete he would need a year ot two to learn how. There is no room on NFL rosters for a guy to learn how to play TE. If he really wanted to make the transition he woudl go to the CFL for a year. There isn't even enough time or roster spots to learn the position if he was on the practice squad. He must choose the path of back-up QB and learn to accept what he is. He is a college football legend whose sporting life is on the decline. He must now choose to enter the next phase of his life. He should come out of the closet, embrace his homosexuality, and enjoy the Miami nightlife while he can still afford it...
huh?!? I was on board with the first 2/3 of this post because it's true. Not sure the last 3 sentences are at all necessary.

Every time i read one of your posts, it reminds me of when the guy comes to pump out the porta-johns at work.
It's uncanny.
I read this and literally laughed out loud. My wife asks "what are you laughing at? " I tried to explain but she didn't see the humor. I, on the other hand, think this comment is hilarious.

The 7 hour part of this doesn't strike me as odd at all. Have you noticed how many hours the NHL and NHLPA have devoted to reaching terms on a new CBA?
Kelly isn't interviewing for a job as ticket taker. Have you noticed a lot of money is connected with the business of the NFL?
The higher the stakes, the more there is to talk about.
point taken... there is a lot to talk about.
Sadly I have a job that requires me to spend hours in meetings on a weekly basis. I like my job and often discuss important things but at no point ever could meetings extend to 7 hours.
Doesn't make any sense at all.......sounds like an agent talking to a chatty reporter to keep up the media coverage of their client, which I say "good for them" That is what they should do

Not to be negative, but does it really matter which one of these guys the Bills hire? The candidates with HC experience only had success because they had talent and most importantly they had top notch QBs. Wiz had Warner and Lovie had Cutler, both had multiple talented WRs.
In my opinion, the Bills need to find someone that will utilize CJ and has to be a master motivator. Maybe that's Kelly? Regardless, they have to find a legit QB. Do that and whomever they hire will be the next NFL HC genious. The bigger issue is where are they going to find that QB? Not in this years draft. None of these guys interviewing are going to win and turn this franchise around with Fitz. All these coaches are capable with the right QB in place. Miss on the QB and we'll right here 3 years from now.
I agree with what you said.....It somewhat matters who the HC is but whomever he is will not be successful without finding a QB that is successful in executing the scheme to fit the talent that the team has.
Most NFL coaches are smart and talented coaches..... how these coaches adjust to fit the talents of the players is key.

If these reports of meeting with the Browns and Eagles are true and each have been 7+ hours (which I can not beleive would be the case) shouldn't we question CK's time management and those of the executives of the Browns and Eagles?
Who has this much time in life? No matter what you do, who has 7+ hours to talk to anyone about anything?
