In my fantasy auction league a big part of the fun is jacking the price up and dropping out just to F with the other guys bidding. I smell a lot of that happening here. The talk for a while of the cards...chanrgers..saints and now broncos moving up.

Scenario A.. BIlls do some crazy trade like both 1st and both 2nds... and maybe more to get 2nd overall.
Scenario B.. BIlls stay where they are and shore up LB (HUGE need .. we have none!), WR (big need), OL (HUGE need) and DL (big need) with rest of draft. We need a RB for the future too. If QB still available at 12 that is not a reach, vs the rest of the board... take him. Don't take a QB there just for the sake of taking one.
I'd see the future from scenario A as a team with no OL to protect the very expensive QB... Andrew Luck take 2? This will be compounded by having a defense that can't stop anybody, forcing our QBs to pass every down and run for life because we have no OL.
I'll take scenario B and beat scenario A's ass for several years.

This thread and other like it are the problem. Why. Because it means people are still listening to those douchebags. Stop listening all , and we'll get what we want which is Schoop and bulldog into the unemployment line! I quit listening to WGR totally a couple of years ago and am a much happier person for it...

There is only one answer regarding those 2 D bags... STOP LISTENING TO THEM! I enjoy good, intelligent sports talk shows, something that WGR has very, very rarely offered. The city of Buffalo and Bills fans everywhere deserves better. You guys know what? By constantly commenting on their lousy show you make them winners. Thats because that lets the station know that people are listening. They could care less if people agree or disagree... as long as they can show people are listening they make their advertising dollars, and those 2 can spout any worthless, acid opinions they want. I have totally stopped listening to that show and feel so much better for it. I would love for them to be out of a job and out of Buffalo. If people stop listening... it'll happen!!!!!

I think it was Cornelius Bennett that knocked out Joe Montana for good... 2 of the all time greats.. Montana and Favre... have their careers end at the hands of a Bills linebacker..

I seem to recall a QB by the name of Jim Kelly had a shoulder injury in college and had to prove himself healthy at draft time... I'd say that worked out for the team that drafted him!

They always say that the best teams draft the best player available...never by "need". I bet Buddy Nix would say that too. Why didnt they do that in this case??????? They were stuck on hiring an offensive coach that had prev experiance as a head coach. The best available player in this case was a defensive coach..so what do they do? They hire for need and get the 4th..5th..6th best candidate? Being kind....

My father took me to Bisons games as a kid...One of the Bisons teams was a Mets farm club.. As I recall they has Ed Kranepool, Bud Harrelson, Cleon Jones, Ron Swoboda.. all critical to the Met miracle world series win later on. I saw those guys in Buffalo .. had autographs from all... wish I still had that stuff!
