OK, so I'm not going to make a Dunkirk Don style prediction here because I don't have his "inside sources".... But I live in Charlotte. Just had a client who lives in Dorsey's neighborhood (same neighborhood Coach McD lived in when he was here) and is fairly close with the Dorsey's. She saw my Bills cup on my desk this morning and said it sounds like they're coming to Buffalo. Wife isn't happy about the cold, haha. It'll be interesting to see.

Can't say I'll be surprised, nor will anybody. What are your thoughts? I know I've seen some posts on here that some guys would like to have him if we're going to draft a young QB.

Pretty sure he is signing with Atlanta, at least that's what Dan Quinn says.

This is black and white. The Bills want the Chargers to win.

This is not true. KC holds the tiebreaker in ALL multi-tiebreaker situations, which 9-7 100% will be. The Bills hold the tiebreaker in all multi-tie scenarios with LAC.

Believe it or not, with a TEN/BAL win and a LAC loss, LAC is eliminated.

    It's a fluid situation.

Trouble committing to one thing without other things happening.

My understanding is when I'm told "no decision has been made," that's essentially accurate.

    It depends.

And talk of a rift, though great in continuing the narrative, is overblown at best.

Agreed. But I can confirm with certainly that Tyrod was looking at properties in OP. He's expecting his option to be picked up, but that doesn't mean it will be.

It's easy to be the Bills and wait until Saturday to shop all available QBs, and maybe get a proper trade offer.

  4. Honestly Tyrod looking for a place in the area doesn't mean much. Tyrod probably has already agreed to a restructure and the team is leaning towards keeping him. However, if Cleveland comes in with a unlikely trade offer that knocks them off their feet things could change. The organization is exploring all possible options until March 11th deadline.

I would doubt Tyrod is released but they are also doing their due diligence by talking with the Agents for the FA QBs available regarding potential contract figures. Nothing is really guaranteed at this point until that deadline passes. At that point the Bills will have to show their cards.

    Well said.

  5.

You realize there are 32 teams, right? Also...20 is debatable, and probably his absolute ceiling. Stats wise, I believe we're 28th in passing this season.

Are you adding in his rushing stats? That's part of his game.

    Very easily forgotten.

I do realize there are 32 teams, but every team has 2-3 QBs.

None in the draft jump out. Not sure who the Andrew Luck is that you "wish" we had.

  6. Shoulda lost again. 2 xp and a fg wins the game as halfrod fails to move the ball again and again with a great running game.

Swap him out, he's a waste of time.

LOL one of the greatest threads I've had the pleasure to read.

You realize he's a top 20 QB in the NFL right? The sooner this clicks for you the better.

Seahawks said he was the best QB they've played this season. Hes a matchup nightmare.

I'd like to see ANYONE throw to Tate/Hunter/Bush/Powell/O'Leary

  7. You can find receivers who can 40 passes who can block almost everywhere.

I still think this offense would benefit more from another dual threat TE. I loved O'Leary but if there was a good prospect in a good spot in the draft, I'd draft one.

And the fact that Woods caught 47 out of 80 targets. 58% is very low.

  8. It really depends on where Roman's line of thinking is.....

    They might very well think

    - We have a bonafied number 1

    - We are totally happy with our number 2.....who also provides excellent blocking

    - All of our RB's can catch

    - We brought in SEVERAL wide receivers in the latter part of last offseason.....3 of which have NFL experience

    - We are gonna throw to Clay a lot

I really think at the end of the day this draft is gonna be about getting Rex Ryan's D back into order.....and selecting a QB in there somewhere

Still not factoring in Hogan's 60 targets, and Harvin's 20 (in 5 games).

  9. I like it! I agree WR, NT and RT are needs in the draft.

Thanks! Exactly - I really agree with you.

NT can 100% be had in the 2nd round. I've done mock after mock and every single one gives us a day one starter with pick 49. If we select a WR with pick 19, we will get another starter. I really think its the best plan for the team.
