  1. it is a fact he is a trent dilfer manage the game qb. you need a running game to win with a qb like trent. our line sucks. and lynch is the worst top speed in the NFL for a running back. you see how slow he looked on that catch at the beginning of the game? my god. Jamal lewis tops out faster than him.

  2. with posts of the "Hey people, the Bills are fine", and "If I was told before the season that the Bills would be 5-3 after 8 games" variety?

Face it - the team has taken a serious step backwards. Defense can't stop anyone, and does not seem to adjust mid-game to respond to the opponents. The defense still can't tackle.

The offense has become painfully predictable, and seems unable to complete a pass 30+ yards downfield. Edwards seems to have lost confidence.

Don't get me started on the coaching, and the painfully poor use of TOs/replay challenges

Oh, and the team is 0-2 in the division.

I agree completely. We are done. honestly the best we can hope for now is 2-4 in the division (best case). That is 7 losses minimum. Not to mention we have to go into arrowhead (not a lock for the way we are playing) and we have to go into mile high... give me a break. 8-8 here we come.

I would have preferred we lost week 2 to jacksonville so my freaking hopes didnt get up. I feel sick to my stomach.

  3. I'm not a JP supporter, I'm a Bills fan. When JP had fumbles or Int's and people defended him, everyone just accused them of making excuses for their boy. Trent, has now given away two straight division games. He is doing exactly what he did last year of having a strong first few games, and then mediocre at best. I'm sorry, but Trent has not proved anything yet.

Now, I know there are some "Trent can do no wrong" fans out there. So please, defend the guy who just wasted a 4-1 start to me.

Bills from 1-3 in last 4 games. Playoffs?!?!?!

i agree. bench his sorry ass. He is doing exactly what people hated JP for. Atleast JP could throw a deep ball ...

  4. Some of you are clueless. We should be happy with 3 division wins this year and two isnt out of the question (neither is 4). So we are looking at 7 wins. But then we have a revitelized browns, chargers and play in mile high and arrow head? you people that think 10 wins is a lock are crazy.

No word on years or dollars, but it's "multi-year"

    UPDATE:

4 years, $37M, $18M in guarantees. He'll be a Bill through the 2012 season, meaning we'll have a 32-year-old WR on our hands when we decide if we want to keep him around even longer.

Look for the Bills to draft a WR in the first round of the 2011 draft.

I like evans, but holy crap was this a stupid move. I would have waited and signed bolden in the offseason for the same money. Evans isnt even close to Anquan.

Again, I like evans, but he shouldnt get top 5 money. I can think of several receivers who i'd rather have/be willing to pay over evans:

    1. Chad Johnson

    2. TJ

    3. TO

    4. Randy Moss

    5. Fitzgerald

    6. Anquan bolden

    7. Steve Smith

    8. Jennings

    9. Marquis Colston

    10. Brandon Marshall (beast)

    11. Burris

    12. Braylan edwards

    13. Santana Moss

    14. Reggie Wayne

    15. Andre Johnson

    16. Bowe

    17. Roy Williams

Evans is a #1, but not a top 5 #1. Frivilous spending. Is George Bush running the BILLS?

  6. I'm not talking about from a salary cap stand point, I'm talking about a motivational issue. If someone gave you 8.6 million over 5 years, would you just coast through your job? You could quit after 4 or 5 years of collecting your paycheck and would be set for life without any other worries.

Horrible logic. If he is out of the league after this year. 8.6M really isnt that much money

  7. Too bad the coaches acted like a spurned lover and put him on IR out of spite within no time. He could've been back in weeks and helped us. Did Crowell handle it properly - NO. Did we cut off our noses to spite our face - YES. We're dangerously thin at LB, and this move made no sense.

What is the story behind this? I though he had season ending surgery? did he not get along with the coaches?
