‘2018 — Bills 24, Jaguars 21 — Josh Allen returned from an elbow injury that caused him to miss four games in his rookie season and began the longest active start streak among NFL quarterbacks, accounting for 259 yards and scoring two touchdowns including the winning run in the fourth quarter. This game might be most remembered for the fight between Jacksonville running back Leonard Fournette and Buffalo defensive end Shaq Lawson, who would team together for a brief time on the Bills roster five years later. Bills coach Sean McDermott got blood smeared on his sweatshirt breaking up the sideline skirmish. Fournette had 95 yards rushing and two touchdowns before his third quarter ejection. Allen had 160 yards passing with a 75-yard TD bomb to Robert Foster and 99 yards rushing with no turnovers and zero sacks taken. Jordan Poyer and Matt Milano intercepted Jaguars QB Blake Bortles and Kyle Williams had a hand in two of Buffalo’s three sacks. The Bills improved to 4-7 while the Jaguars coached by old friend Doug Marrone drooped to 3-8. Attendance at New Era Field was 57,799.’
