Quarterback Josh Allen knows to look for nose tackle Vita Vea among the Buccaneers’ defense. “Obviously, they’ve got Vita Vea inside who makes it hard for your interior offensive linemen to hold their ground,” Allen said. “He’s big, he’s powerful. They do a good job in the run game, and then in the back end, they’ve got some corners that will get up there and press you, some longer guys that can run. Then they get tough. They show a lot of different looks.”’

‘In two career games against the Bills, Baker Mayfield has completed 63.75% of his passes. The Buccaneers quarterback also threw four touchdowns and zero interceptions while taking five sacks. Mayfield’s having another impressive season with 16 touchdown passes, two interceptions and 2,192 passing yards in nine games. Last week, Mayfield completed 28 of 43 passes for 273 yards with three touchdown passes in a loss to the Patriots. He was drafted first overall by Cleveland in 2018, the draft in which the Bills selected Josh Allen with the seventh pick.’

They’ve got a passing game that’s broken and a defense that struggles to stop the run. So, I don’t feel great about picking them at this point of the season … but I’m still going to.
