They surprisingly did not add anyone of substance in the draft (Kaden Prather in the seventh round probably isn’t helping) so newcomers Palmer and Moore will have to step up to help Shakir. The Moore signing might push Shenault off the roster unless he can definitively win the kickoff return job and contribute elsewhere on special teams.’

‘Moore totaled 61 receptions and 538 yards receiving for the Cleveland Browns a season ago. The 25-year-old WR was a 2021 second-round pick of the New York Jets. He played two years with the Jets, during which he recorded 80 receptions for 984 yards receiving and six touchdowns. He was then traded to Cleveland in the spring of 2023 and went on to total 120 receptions for 1,178 yards receiving and three touchdowns across two seasons.’
