Hallmark wants the authentic Buffalo in Bills-themed holiday movie
‘Bills players Dion Dawkins, Damar Hamlin and DeWayne Carter were at Oishei Children’s Hospital on Tuesday filming scenes for Hallmark’s “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” – and that was just Day 2 of what is expected to be a four-week filming schedule. Coach Sean McDermott filmed on Wednesday and other players – past and present – were expected for their close-ups on Thursday and Friday.’

Writer Vanessa Marano talks Bills movie
‘Vanessa Marano, who is known for her acting roles in popular early 2000s TV shows “Switched at Birth” and “Gilmore Girls,” wrote the script for the film, alongside co-writer Danielle Morrow. The pair wants to focus on showing the authenticity of what it’s like to be a Bills fan in Western New York, especially since Marano has family here in Buffalo.’
