‘I find the determination of Coach of the Year to sometimes be a little finnicky. I think the Bills and Sean McDermott by proxy are getting docked a bit because they have been so good over the years. That doesn’t take away the fact that this was expected to be somewhat of a rebuilding year, but I think until McDermott can get the Bills over the hump and get them to the Super Bowl, he’s going to fall short of Coach of the Year honors — whether or not that is fair. It is a testament to his success that he is being judged to such high standards.’

‘Constellation Brands, a Rochester-based beverage and alcohol company, has launched a multiyear sponsorship starting this season with the Bills at Highmark Stadium. Sponsorship with the Fortune 500 company includes two branded club level bars at Highmark Stadium and a community volunteer event in Western New York. The Bills have also recently partnered with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, making the company the official whiskey of the team. The deal includes creating two new branded bars in the sideline clubs at Highmark Stadium where signature Jack Daniel’s cocktails are available for purchase.’
