‘There was a pop up Bills apparel shop, pizza, wings, and beef on weck. Bars on the street also opened their doors to crowds.’

Von Miller leads Bills dominant pass rush in blowout win over Rams
‘“To come here and have success it felt good man, it felt right. LA has a special place in my heart, Super Bowl 56 will always have a special place in my heart and my teammates over there and all the coaches and the infrastructure of the team, they’ll always have a special place in my heart. It felt like I was playing against my brothers over there, you want everybody to come out healthy, you want everybody to have a good game but you want the guys over here to score a little bit more and you wanna win the game so we got that done. Everybody balled out today,” Miller said after the game.’
4 Observations: Miller, defense dominant in win
‘Von Miller was the big signing and in a game that featured stars on both sidelines, he shined the brightest. Miller’s Bills’ debut couldn’t have gone much better. He sacked Matthew Stafford twice and had a tackle for loss. This was Von’s 27th game in which he recorded multiple sacks. For the first time in a long time the Bills have a pass rusher that other teams have to game plan for. As a team, the Bills had 7 sacks and were in Stafford’s face the entire game.’
Where else would you rather be? Bills Mafia fandemonium in downtown block party
‘Fandemonium descended on downtown Buffalo on Thursday night. Bars, restaurants and the Buffalo Bills teamed up for the tailgate and watch party. There was live music, a DJ, food and drinks for patrons to enjoy while watching the game on huge monitors on either end of the street.’
Josh’s Jaqs raises $50,000+ for Oishei so far, with total climbing
‘Ty Ballou’s company works with athletes and other celebrities to create cereal, condiments and lots of other merchandise, including Josh Allen and Josh’s Jaqs. He said in the first ten days on stores shelves at Wegmans this year, 25,000 boxes of cereal were sold. A typical line of cereal sells 30,000 – 50,000 boxes in a whole year.’
Carucci Take2: Josh Allen gives an MVP showing as Bills make loud statement with blowout win
‘Miller easily outperformed his former Ram teammate, Aaron Donald, with two of the Bills’ seven sacks of Matthew Stafford for minus-17 yards and multiple pressures.’
Bills Mafia packs tailgate in scorching Southern California heat
‘Roughly 2,700 people packed the parking lot in front of the Hollywood Park Casino for a tailgate, Bills Mafia style. There was music, food, and plenty of cold adult beverages, like $31,000 of Labatt ordered specifically for this party.’
Bills Mafia gathered on Chippewa Street for return of NFL season with high expectations

Bills Elvis honors Aaron Salter Jr. at tailgate in Lockport

Poloncarz: New Bills stadium contract talks are still on track despite a delay
‘It’s a work in progress, as they say, to follow up on the original MOU, or memorandum of understanding, that was announced by the Bills organization, the state, and Erie County technically as part of the state budget back in March.’
Offense explodes in second half as Allen’s 4 TDs powers Bills to opening win
‘The Bills had a sloppy first half, committing three turnovers. They controlled much of the game but let the Rams get back in it with a Cooper Kupp touchdown and a late field goal which made it 10-10 at the half.’
Bills stars outshine Rams
‘This might be a bit different Sean McDermott team. Bills football of recent vintage has been replete with overachieving lunch pail guys who do their 1/11th. This team still has plenty of those players, but there are also now stars everywhere. Why settle for 1/11th when you can have a few guys that are more than happy to handle 14/11ths.’
Miller leads dominant pass rush as Bills record seven sacks in opener
‘But it wasn’t just the Miller show. As a unit, the Bills’ defensive line had seven sacks and fifteen quarterback hits making Rams quarterback Matt Stafford uncomfortable all night. The Buffalo defense wreaked havoc without blitzing the Rams’ offense once.’
Allen and Bills shine (again) under the bright lights
‘Josh Allen threw for nearly three hundred yards, three touchdowns, was the Bills leading rusher and also ran in a score.’
Bills excited to take stage for NFL season opener
‘”I can’t wait,” said Bills safety Micah Hyde. “I played in the opening night game before when I was in Green Bay, going to Seattle, and it was wild. You kind of have to control your emotions a little bit but it’s an awesome atmosphere.”‘
