'In the end the last two weeks have been wins. That’s all that matters, they don’t ask how pretty they are, they just ask how many.'

'For the second week in a row, the Bills opponent was 8/15 on third down. That's over 53%. It's also way too high. They're not getting off the field when they have opportunities, and it's hurting both sides of the football.'

'LeSean McCoy ran 19 times for 103 yards, but had a rough day finding consistency on the ground.'

'LeSean McCoy was the focal point of the Bills offense on Sunday. The Bills knew it, the Jaguars knew it — heck, most everyone in the stadium knew it, too.'

'LeSean McCoy couldn’t help but feel as if the Jacksonville Jaguars had 11 defenders assigned to him on every play. He zigged. He zagged. He juked. He jived. But nothing worked. Buffalo’s No. 25 was wearing a bull’s eye. A herd of Jags surrounded the running back every time he touched the ball. Not only was he going nowhere fast. He occasionally was going in reverse.'

LeSean McCoy rumbled 75 yards for a touchdown on the first play of the second half to wake the Bills up from a first half slumber.

QB: Tyrod Taylor just waited too long to throw. He constantly missed seeing open receivers or waited too long to throw it. He then got hot in the second half. His 61 yard bomb to Watkins was a thing of beauty. He ran for a touchdown then let Hunter make a play on a high pass and he was rewarded for it. Grade C+: He overcame a slow start but needs to play a complete game next week.

'Buffalo did not get off to the start they wanted, but in a second half that saw five lead changes the Bills scored three touchdowns and the defense got a key fourth down stop with three minutes remaining in what wound up being a 28-21 Bills victory.'

'“Oh that was big,” said Tyrod Taylor of McCoy’s long touchdown run. “Anytime you have an explosive play like that it’s big for the offense. Just a momentum booster and we were able to build off of that play coming out at half time and turn things around in the second half. It was an ugly first half but like I said, that was a great way to start the second half and for us to build momentum.”'

'Today, this was probably the first time a team has stuck with it (and say) we’re going to stop the run and keep an extra defender. So how the runs are planned and formed every lineman accounts for a defender, but this game we didn’t have a lot of runs with the quarterback, you know usually the quarterback can take a guy with him, but we didn’t do that a lot today. So we always had an extra defender trying to get into the mix and then they kind of sealed them and then there was two guys and I just juked them and just ran. Off the line they kind of sealed it off, you know, just made the play.'
