‘Howard has been nursing the injury for a couple of weeks, but may miss his first game because of it. He has started the last three after Cornell Green sustained a knee injury that ultimately forced him to be placed on injured reserve last week. Mansfield Wrotto will start if Howard can’t play.’

‘Filling the void falls to a couple of rookies in Donald Jones and David Nelson. I know it’s an old cliché, but it’s true, it’s a great opportunity for one of those young guys to step up.’
