Two Bills Drive

‘A chance to be the Washington Redskins’ defensive coordinator appears extremely close for Buffalo Bills coordinator Ted Cottrell. The only question is whether he would give up his seemingly remote shot to be a head coach.’

‘The question, of course, is Cottrell’s future in Buffalo. Certainly he could still be named head coach, though, historically general managers prefer to hire people with whom they’ve worked previously and Donahoe’s other three candidates fit that description.’

Michael Vick signed a contract with Kelly Enterprises today. Kelly Enterprises will provide exclusive marketing services, such as endorsement deals and public relation events. Jim’s brother, Dan, will handle contract negotiations along with the Joel Enterprises firm.

Nice article in the Boston Globe about Sam Gash finally getting to play in a Super Bowl. How could you not be happy for the guy? ESPN has just reported that the Jacksonville Jaguars have given the Bills permission to speak with Defensive Coordinator Dom Capers. Capers was a former head coach in Carolina, and a former DC in Pittsburgh under Donahoe.
