It carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. I wonder how long this suspension will cost him. Well it looks like Cleveland is getting the better of this deal. Cleveland has only thrown for over 100 yards once since his departure. That game they threw for 106. Maybe the Jets don't get the stimulated offensive attack they had wish, but the Browns are definitely losers in this trade. This incident happened BEFORE the trade to the Jets. As a matter of fact its one of the reasons Cleveland decided to get rid of him. Are you for real?? This is old news for the Jets. They absolutely knew (as did anyone who can read or watch TV) that this was coming. He sits a few games and then comes back. But he must be the first guy ever traded because of a conflict with a superstar on a different team and in a different league.
