So let's go get a PS player from GB who couldn't make the roster on a team in need of OT's. When you have a Pro Bowl potential player at LT, you don't eff with it, no matter how annoying the guy is. The team deliberately cut costs on payroll, moving Peters, not keeping Clements, not signing better UFA's, etc. And RW is the one making all the important decisions. Kelly, Elway, Bradshaw all took beatings as young starters. Their confidence never left them. As for Edwards, screw confidence, he's a 3rd year QB who still can't read a 3-4 defense. The difference is the organizations they played in. Edwards is David Carr with the Texans. You just don't build a team this way. OLine isn't last and no team throws out all 5 starters in one offseason and replaces them with rookies, especially a non-drafted LT. It's just maddening.
