SCBills Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Kinda dig the halftime shows if this is a thing.   Itâs pretty cool they built in that performance stage.. might as well use it. 4 Quote

SoCal Deek Posted October 1 Posted October 1 The new stadium has a built-in permanent stage at the one end zone (with the train horn) purposely designed to host just these sorts of acts. Itâs one of the trade offs for a natural grass field where they donât want a marching band or portables stage stomping around at halftime. Quote

Especially since doing these mini-concerts doesn't impact anything on the field. No stage to erect or tear down.  Yeah, regardless of the artist I kind of dig it. Really cool aspect of the stadium is that stage in front of the Charge Bar.  9 hours ago, SoCal Deek said: The new stadium has a built-in permanent stage at the one end zone (with the train horn) purposely designed to host just these sorts of acts. Malazan Posted October 1 Posted October 1 (edited) This is where we declare what heroes we are for not listening to certain types of music? Well, I'm the biggest hero of all because I don't listen to any music, except a continual loop of wheels on the bus go round and round sung by Gilbert Godfried and Fran Drescher. Get on my level you cultural heathens. Edited October 1 by Malazan 4 Quote

RkFast Posted October 1 Posted October 1 (edited) Put me down for thinking its COOL.  Not that I know a single song of hers or what she looked like if I ran her over with my car but its just cool to see the Bills bringing in some good talent for the halftime shows that fans can enjoy. I dig it.   What would be even MORE cool would be if they brought in more local talent, popular cover bands and the like to do these, but theres plenty of time for that to happen down the road.  And as others have mentioned it all works great with the "stage" in the new building. A band can get playing before the teams leave the field and vice versa. Edited October 1 by RkFast 3 Quote

I still have no idea who she is and her music is awful imo, but she has an absolutely killer voice that she should use with music that doesn't suck.
