eball Posted September 29 Posted September 29 Bills, Chiefs, Raiders, 49ers, Vikings at 3-0 — and I think to the majority of us, all or most of those are a surprise. Equally as surprising are a number of the winless and 1-2 teams: Rams, Chargers, Packers, Pats***, Texans, Cowboys… Next week marks end of the proverbial first quarter of the season, when teams start to solidify “who they are.” Some really interesting games on the slate for W4. Obviously there’s Bills/Pats*** and a chance for Buffalo to put an early stranglehold on the division. KC/LV will eliminate one of the unbeatens. Houston and Dallas are both in desperation mode in the battle of Texas. Jags at Cinci is a matchup of 2-1 teams. Broncos at 49ers is another intriguing game — one could argue Denver “should” be 0-3 but they’ve done the 4th quarter rabbit-out-of-a-hat trick two weeks in a row. From a Bills perspective I think we’re rooting for Vegas, Dallas, Jacksonville (because of Cinci’s easy schedule), and the 49ers. Fun week ahead. 17 3 Quote

Drew21PA Posted September 29 Posted September 29 Chiefs being 3-0 is disturbing here they go again with the lucky breaks our 3-0 is pretty impressive given the teams we have beaten (historically I understand Houston is a shell of itself for whatever reason same as the lions but they are still good teams and will put it together. Glad we got that win over Houston for an AFC win and the chargers) I may have been one of the only ones that believed in the raiders being good after Captain Kirk joined the squad - say what you want he’s a good qb vikes I still don’t know but had to look that up to see it was right - didn’t think much of them 1 Quote

gonzo1105 Posted September 29 Posted September 29 I mean it’s why it’s hard to always assess this early. Everyone thought the Bills first 5 or 7 weeks was a gauntlet when the schedule came out and through 3 weeks the Texans 0-3 Lions 2-1 Chargers 0-3 Patriots 1-2 Rams 1-2 Now are these teams better than their records yea probably but until they show it your record is what it says it is. As for rooting interests I’ll always root against KC and the Division, beyond that teams are going to lose games you don’t expect them too. Cinci has an easy schedule but those division games in the AFC North you never know 3 Quote

Gregg Posted September 29 Posted September 29 A Bills win combined with a Bears win will give them a 3-game lead in the division. Long way to go but the Bills will have a stranglehold on this division as we hit early Oct. 1 1 Quote

This is our first chance and the Cheats are reeling. We have to curb stomp them and let them know they aren’t even close. Two monumental losses in a row could really tear that team apart😈 4 2 Quote

Win the division is step 1, then get the #1 seed is step 2. If the Bills can do these two things, then I like their chances in Jan. 1 2 Quote

Its just too much to overcome. Bouttee is their #1 WR by default right now and he joined the team a few weeks before the season started. They're a very different team when Collins is in the lineup. 2 Quote

You had folks posting in here how if we got out of the first five games at 3-2 it would be a win. 2 2 Quote
