PoundingDog Posted September 27 Posted September 27 (edited) 1st play of the game, he fumbled. Now you remember he fumbled in Houston game (we recovered). He fumbled in the Denver playoff game, which was still a turning point of the game for me. But despite his goofy, indifferent appearance, he does care. You see he cheered the defense making a stop. And then he just took over late 4th quarter, pretty much the main force to get the Bills the lead and expand the lead, as well as a minor icing of the game. He's 27. I'm not sure he's going to change. We can't live with him on those mistakes, but we also can't live without him to drive the offense, sort of what we had with Allen before he matured. BTW, James, please have both hands on the ball the last few carries you had - I just don't like to hold on my breath too much in those situations. Edited September 27 by PoundingDog 1 4 1 Quote
BillsPride12 Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Cook does fumble alot but when he does they always seem to be caused by a legitimate play by the Defender to knock the ball out, not laziness on Cook's end. I'm not sure what the solution is here. You still want him to get his carries because of how lethal of a runner he is. 2 3 Quote
Offside Number 76 Posted September 27 Posted September 27 (edited) Running backs fumble. It happens. And do you really not know how to spell "Denver"? EDIT: OP did a little stealth edit there. Had spelled it "Denvor." And that's not a typo; the E and the O are not near each other. I'm not taking seriously negative feedback about the reigning NFL rushing leader from someone who can't spell "Denver." Edited September 27 by Offside Number 76 2 1 1 4 Quote
Low Positive Posted September 27 Posted September 27 I like that Brady kept giving him the ball to let him make up for it. But it was the Kincaid fumble that caused me to yell at the TV. Those few extra yards were so unnecessary. 1 3 Quote

Matt_In_NH Posted September 27 Posted September 27 speak for yourself, I just love him. But I think he needs to keep two hands on the ball more. 3 Quote

I have watched him be better holding the ball AFTER a fumble, saw it today actually. And I did not saw keep two hands on the ball all the time, far from what is needed. Mikie2times Posted September 27 Posted September 27 We lose today without him. So I'm fine with Jimbo. Would rather not see the ball on the ground, but nobody is making some of the cuts he made today outside of maybe Bijan. 2 Quote
bmur66 Posted September 27 Posted September 27 I swear his knee was down when the ball came out. Quote
