Big Blitz Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Couple things. Is he a bust? Would you want him? Be mad if New England did? And, would he be an upgrade over Keon - that is a serious question. Im not so sure - if Keon is emerging thru the adversity he’s dealt with here there is something to be said about that and he just might be a good fit for what we’re doing. 3rd year breakout could be in progress with him. But what’s happening here in Arizona is a significant developing situation and if it continues and they lose games trade talk is going to heat up come mid October. Maybe it’s just the 2 defenses they faced but none of this looks good. Plenty of film shows he’s not going full speed. But there is a lot of film of him getting open. My take is Brissett is awful and either checks down to McBride or just trusts Wilson and is his first read every time. 1 1 2 Quote
Blank Stare Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Beane should’ve got him last trade deadline. Dude is stuck in hell in AZ. 2 1 Quote
Einstein Posted September 23 Posted September 23 I don’t want Marvin. I do want BTJ out of Jacksonville (hoping for a trade deadline trade). 1 5 1 1 Quote
YoloinOhio Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Kinda crazy that prior to jj smith he was the best WR to come out of Ohio state, has an nfl HOF bloodline, and all the other osu WRs in the last decade are balling out in the league. Makes you think it might be the situation? Idk. 4 2 1 1 Quote
Buffalo716 Posted September 23 Posted September 23 (edited) He has a lot of problems RN and could physically dominate in college which is a different story He has all the tools to dominate in college but doesn't want to learn the nuances of NFL route running and it's not polished He doesn't win fast at the line is scrimmage and the doesn't give a lot of friendly targets Edited September 23 by Buffalo716 4 2 Quote

He was overhyped, had some issues that got ignored.like tracking the ball…..that were masked by the fact he was on a dominant college team and apparently read too many of his own press clippings. If Arizona is to blame, explain Michael Wilson and Trey McBride. 1 1 Quote

I don’t have any clue why it’s not working out but have watched zero cardinals games in my life outside of when they have played the Bills. Edited September 23 by YoloinOhio 2 Quote

YoloinOhio Posted September 23 Posted September 23 (edited) He will end up on the chiefs or Texans Edited September 23 by YoloinOhio Quote

I remember watching the pre-draft stuff when he came out, and Chris Simms swore up and down that Malik Nabors and BTJ were far better talents than him. He was right. However, of you asked me if I'd take him for a very low price I absolutely would because the physical tools are there and the want to was there in the past. 1 1 Quote
Victory Formation Posted September 23 Posted September 23 No thanks, I think DJ Moore will be a reliable #1 for us and I'm encouraged by Skyler Bell. Maybe for a 4th. 1 1 Quote
CA OC Bills Fan Posted September 23 Posted September 23 I read this article a few hours ago and was thinking the same (i.e. should we consider trading Keon for Marvin). I have no idea if it's that he's just not very good, has a bad attitude, or the attitude is based on AZ sucking. https://www.foxnews.com/outkick-sports/cardinals-marvin-harrison-jr-looks-entirely-disinterested-season-gets-putrid-start Quote
