14:35 - "If theres a team on this planet I was destined to be QB of and be a part of, it's the Buffalo Bills."

Legit teared up.

He will be a Bill for life. He can live in CA in the offseason if he and Hailee want to.

Funny enough, when talking about Buffalo, he mentioned that Buffalo is home and he has a family here and is choosing to raise his daughter here. Which is surprising as I didnt expect Hailee to be in WNY that much (or at all really). Wonder how they work that in the long run.

Or she saw it is as a really good place to raise a family. Her husband is the king of the town and she is the queen

Much less paparazzi and strangers bothering the family.  Her daughter raised in OP gets a much more normal life than a daughter of celebrities living in LA

Less paparazzi for sure. For now.

But big disagree on less strangers bothering her. In big cities like LA, NY, even Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, there are so many rich/famous that they usually go unnoticed. I guarantee if Hailee tries to go to Wegmans she'd be swarmed.

Regardless where they live, those two have assistants for shopping trips.

And even so, ill bet while she may get some looks and people asking for autographs, she isn't swarmed.

OP is not a huge place .

Two of our favorites, together.

My favorite part: towards the end, Josh mentions he wants to play for 17 seasons. LETS GOOOOOO!

And it will be all in Buffalo!!

And that's why although nothing is certain in life I certainly believe he will retire a bill

You can tell what it means to him.. that he appreciates the opportunity... And that it's not a blessing he takes lightly

He's not going anywhere anytime soon! He is Buffalo he is our quarterback!!

I won't be surprised if Josh keeps a house in Western New York for the rest of his life

Haven’t viewed yet. Watching Boomer gives me an illogically unwelcomed tingle of nostalgia. I tuned into the fast … minutes halftime thing he does and it was just awesome how he kicked off the season with Buffalo Bills shout outs. And pumped the Sabres in there too! 🥳🙌👏👏👏

I love this interview!  There is something about Boomer that conjures up that warm early 90s nostalgia.  Josh is just so genuine and the mutual admiration is palpable

On a related note, I was playing in a golf tournament on the Southern Rhode Island coast.  It was a typical shotgun start scramble.  As we are about to head to our starting holes, I notice that another golfer a few carts down has a Buffalo Bills pullover.  Before we pull away I jog over for a quick high five and "Go Bills".  I mean, living in New England it's not that uncommon to see but it still always tickles me.  As I approach the cart - No way!  IT'S FREAKING BOOMER!  He gives me a bear hug, we do a selfie, and he growls out the classic "Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills!".  I always wondered if the Bills support was a bit of pandering for the cameras but here he was, on his own, repping the Bills gear!  This was prior to last season, and we talked for a while at the dinner reception after.  He looked me in the eye and said "I'm not joking - this is their year!".  Obviously it didn't work out that way but is further proof that he is one of us - able to suspend disbelief for one more season.

Kind of you to give them your permission.

You can tell Allen really loves being a Bill. Maybe they don't want to live in CA. Many people are leaving that state as it is.

This is one of the better interviews I've heard in a while. Allen obviously has had excellent media training, but it's more genuine than most.

He's going to have a great career as a broadcaster if he wants it.
