I think the thread title should be updated.  The big news here is that the Bills will be the first NFL club to perform the Canadian anthem before the game.   Which is fine, just don't need people chiming in that Southern Ontario makes up half the season ticket base.  That's B.S.

Plenty of Western New Yorkers have travelled to Canada for barenaked ladies performances, but this might be the first time the Canadian Barenaked Ladies have travelled to perform in Western New York.

Last time I was at a home game, so last year, we sat behind a dozen or so fans from Quebec. The guys knew football and looked like Oscar the Grouch. The girls knew football and looked like Victoria's Secret models. I assume this is something people in Quebec/Canada are used to.

The DWNR in Niagara Falls, Ontario is famous.

 

As a Canadian I appreciate the Bills gesture of good will. Maybe not 50% of Season ticket holders, but Southern Ontario fans are still a significant portion of Bills Mafia.

Zow, honestly, I don't know why they haven't done it previously.  

 

I'm completely fine with it.

 

...and yes, Canadians do make up about 10-15% of season ticket holders.
