saundena Posted September 5 Posted September 5 (edited) I usually pick against the Bills in big games (forgive my years of Bills induced psychological trauma), but I think Buffalo takes a close game, late in the 4th. We are new on both sides of the ball so their won't be any film of how our coaches use our players, and I really think it takes Houston D a few weeks to round into form. With week 1 always being sloppy, my money is on Josh to help seal a hard fought win with some crazy ass shenanigans late game. Bills 24-17, or 24-20 Edited September 5 by saundena 4 Quote
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 5 Posted September 5 (edited) Bills win a rock fight 20-17. The lack of familiarity with Leonards D for the Texans is a boon as they force 2 key turnovers. Josh to Kincaid for the winning TD. Edited September 5 by D. L. Hot-Flamethrower 1 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted September 5 Posted September 5 I think the ball bounces our way big-time in this one. Bills-33 Texans-16 Defense forces a few turnovers and our OL is extremely motivated to make up for last year. Josh is barely touched in this one and has time to find WRs/TEs/RBs and pick apart the defense. Cook runs wild. A very low stress opening weekend for Bills fans. 4 Quote

Passing against the Texans may be tough sledding. Not only the pass rush, but their DB room is stacked. Shorter passes and the run in game 1. Then against the Lions with absolutely nothing in their secondary, the offense will be unleashed. 1 Quote
RiotAct Posted September 5 Posted September 5 Bills 3 Texans 30 Houston gets 7 sacks on the day, and Demeico Ryans comes away with 5 personal foul penalties from running onto the field to celebrate after the majority of them. JJ Watt is honored at halftime for his heroics in the 2019 AFC Wild Card Game. CJ Stroud 29/35 404 yds and 3 TDs. 2 1 1 4 Quote
