If Trump raped a child, why didn’t Biden fight (at all) to have them released. Trump is a lot of horrible things, including a rapist according to a civil court. He’s the third worst president ever. I wrote in the liberal woman's thread about a different sort of case but both involved senseless murder. In that case a mentally ill person was saved death penalty based on 1 juror not agreeing with that sentence. Life without instead In todays case one person heard the evidence and would not be swayed of their opinion No Way. Again one juror made a huge difference Is this in your view an example of our justice system working? Or NOT working hmmmm the holdout juror was steadfast and strong in their beliefs either way. I do respect their conviction after what would be a lot of pressure to fold

Even being picked for a jury involves they probing into your own personal past. I have a personal testimony about it. They lawyers only have so much time and info to go on as far as who they agree to let serve. I never get picked because Im a crime victim in my own past which in some minds precludes me from being unbiased in criminal cases. That really pisses me off actually. It's not fair. But that is the system Yes everyone has bias but they are asked to keep an open mind and only decide until theyve heard all the facts. we're human.
