I said this in the other thread but if she murdered 3 adults in a Wegmans parking lot, there’s nobody listening to an argument about her being depressed True.. but she’s not the first to do this. Within the last year or so, there are multiple stories of mothers and fathers doing the same thing .. similar mental health/medication patterns as well. Someone mentioned Candace Owens earlier .. and people like her are a legit problem. Suburban moms are addicted to this stuff lately.. look at any comment section on Tyler Robinson/Charlie Kirk and it’s a thousand white women echoing Candace. These podcasts pick this stuff up and it becomes catnip for wine moms. Edited September 3 by SCBills

Buffalo716 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) Remember an excuse doesn't justify the reason.. it just finds the cause No matter what.. she still killed her children and admitted to it As already shown.. men who go through a psychotic break don't get any breaks in the justice system.. executed Terribly sad story but she shouldn't get to Be in an institution the rest of her life.. she took three children from her husband away.. from the family away That's not good enough justice... Let alone all the people trying to pin this on her husband now that just shows how Ludicrous the situation is There certainly will be ramifications if she is let off without prison because there are lunatics who are looking for any reason to finally go over the edge.. you will see copycats because they'll think they can get away with it Edited September 3 by Buffalo716 1

Don’t you think there needs to be an understanding of what caused this woman to commit this horrendous act if it’s due to medications so it doesn’t happen again? I don't hate the left, I simply understand it. What I wrote is a statement of fact at this point and we need to remedy this situation because it is untenable.
The Frankish Reich Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Different cases inspire different emotions. What I don't understand here is why the jury can't even reach a consensus on a lesser manslaughter charge. I hope that doesn't mean that some jurors want to acquit her of all charges ... 1
stevestojan Posted September 3 Posted September 3 If she’s guilt by insanity, does she go to a mental hospital for life or just until she’s deemed “better?” This is ridiculous. I think clearly the judge has a strong opinion as he keeps sending them back. Just now, B-Man said: . Oh I don’t think that’s true. As a dad of two little ones, I want her to feel a painful death. Like drag it out for weeks. Single, childless men? Maybe. But this hits all parents. 1

My wife's comment: watch her go free and then get pregnant again. 🤮
stevestojan Posted September 3 Posted September 3 My other question as a parent: why hasn’t she killed herself? Why does she even want to go on living? If she was so out of it that she doesn’t have a memory of doing it, it’s basically the same as someone else having murdered her kids. I’d off myself for sure after killing the person who did it - for her, it’s two birds with the same pistol.

My guess is that 1 or 2 are stuck in either insanity or not guilty... and won't move off it no matter what The good news is that if it is a mistrial and the prosecution inevitably wants to try her again, she is without bail in a mental institution indefinitely. If she was found NG/insanity, then she could walk right when deemed fit, which could be soon. The bad news that all those internet sleuths who somehow think this confessed crime is a whodunit case will think they are vindicated and no end will be in sight 1 1
milfandcookies Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) Someone made a very good point. This Clancy case is such a big deal because it’s so rare for a mom to kill her kids. A man does it every 5 days… Edited September 3 by milfandcookies

Orlando Buffalo Posted September 3 Posted September 3 As I read this thread I think everyone agrees she is guilty and deserves jail or worse, so how did these psychos get on the jury?
The Frankish Reich Posted September 3 Posted September 3 1 hour ago, milfandcookies said: also she’s paralyzed so pregnancy is probably not possible Is she? As in no sensation below the waist, etc? Do we know that for sure? I'm just suggesting that by coming into court in a wheelchair she already is a step ahead with the jurors. I'm not doubting she needs a wheelchair now; I'm just saying that the incentive structure for showing better mobility is all skewed here. It could be that they're deadlocked on the charge. As in one or two holdouts for first degree murder or a hung jury.

SCBills Posted September 3 Posted September 3 If she falls under “reasonable doubt” of being guilty of murder, then I now have reasonable doubt that John Wayne Gacy and David Berkowitz are guilty of murder.
May Day 10 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 (edited) Isn't it basically an established fact of this trial? If she gets off free with a clean not guilty verdict, the Prosecution should not only be fired, they should be required to serve the maximum sentence themselves. Edited September 3 by May Day 10
