Wife is a well known actress, both of them grew up and families are still there.  We just need to up our competitive ability as a franchise the next couple years to ensure he delays going back until after retirement.

I disagree. He and Hailee can easily afford two homes. His daughter is still years away from going to school. He seems to really love Buffalo and Bills fans. When he retires, he probably will live in CA fulltime. But I also think he loves the fact that Buffalo is his football home and he will retire a Bill. He also knows what winning a Super Bowl or multiple Super Bowls means to Buffalo which is a football mad city. He will be considered a God in WNY if he wins a championship. He wins one in LA they will say good job but then go back to the Lakers/Dodgers as they really don't care about the NFL in LA.

And Matt Stafford leaving Detroit is nothing like how Josh's Bills career has gone lol they're not even in the same stratosphere
