Exactly why you'll never see a concussion in a Madden game too. EA plays by the NFL's rules which is one of the many reasons why no one else gets a shot at the license for an NFL "sim" game. I say simulation loosely. Quote

CVM, I have been watching these simulations for awhile for Madden 27. He is in almost every huddle shot even when he isn't in on the play when they go to the line of scrimmage! 1 Quote
