Private lot on Southwestern across from Guitar Factory?

Anyone have any details on that private lot on southwestern across the street from the guitar factory? 

 

It's the last private lot just before you get to the official stadium drive. 

 

I'm considering parking there for the preseason game. Wondering if they full quickly and how much they charge. Any insight or experience is welcome.

 

Basically I'm looking for some way to get back to the village quickly without a ton of traffic.

It really must be rough having to worry about the bad traffic in the 3 mile commute back to your house.
