perhaps they wait to color until close to regular season?

 

I like what the Raiders did.  One endzone black with silver letters and the other silver with black letters.

 

one endzone blue & one endzone red would be a perfect match with the seats IMO

I don't know, colored end zones? That is what nice stadiums have. And most in attendance won't be able to see the end zones anyway so why bother?

If that’s the final product, then idk. I feel like this organization is doing everything to make me disinterested. They seem out of touch with the fan base.

As an aside, I sometimes wonder about the effects of the paint on the health of the grass...

 

As for the design, I'll withhold judgment until I see the finished product.

 

I do however love that the grass alternates in shade every 10 yards as opposed for instance to every 5 yards... it's less busy this way but still visually interesting.

This could be an optical illusion. Cutting different ways will do that..

I couldn't find a good picture of them but the Super Bowl XXV end zones were perfect for a grass field.  Minus the helmet maybe.  Like the Red letters with white outline surrounded by blue.  However, I'm fully prepared for nickel grey.

That nickel grey would be ramming a failed concept down our throats.  I don’t think even they are that stupid.  I’ve always been proud we wear red, white, and royal blue.  Then again, I have a flag outside of my home.

I noticed it during our tour; even at field level it was noticeable. They probably have a way to roll the grass in two different directions. 
 

Also, there was no noticeable difference between the natural grass and the artificial turf at the sidelines. They matched pretty well.

Yes! Blue endzones with BILLS colored in red is what I have been hoping for this entire time.

People overreact and freak out about everything. Of course they ain’t done. 
back in May someone was bitching because they didn’t paint the lines on the field yet. Why? They wanted to know. Um because it’s grass that grows and needs to be cut and no one was playing on it. Why paint lines that will just go away that no one is using.

One 'white out' end zone, one nickel Grey, and the all red uniforms.

The seat colors are just to break it up and make it more visually pleasing. It works, but there are some outliers in the upper end zones lol.
 

At least in the lower end zone, C21/C22, the seats are cushioned and have high backs with head rest. Really comfy and a great view just feet from the end zone. If you take the tour, you can rest in them for a few minutes.  👍

My guess is they won’t paint the end zones until the opener in September.

Correct. The effect comes from cutting the grass in different directions. You’ll see the same thing on any European soccer ‘pitch’, where there are no yard markers at all.

It’s not the final product. It already been talked about, the organization will unveil the painted logo and painted end zones on the Thursday night opener vs Detroit. They are keeping it bland and generic for preseason.
