Think the Bills O is going to be elite this year, but Concepcion along with Moore, Kincaid, Shakir, Cook, and Allen as his QB would've been borderline unstoppable, IMO. Would’ve had to trade up a couple spots…wonder if we would’ve taken him at 26 if he was available. If Josh Palmer ends up working out I think tj Parker and a pick upgrade looks wiser than giving up value to move up and grab Concepcion.
