Super Bowl is exactly 6 months from today

Heard this stat on WGR55 this morning. Two things stood out about it: The first is that the SB is on Valentine's Day, so there will be a strange mixture of roses, chocolates, wings, and chips & dip being had that day. I assume the restaurants will be packed on Saturday night instead of during the game.

 

The second is that, while we haven't even had the first Bills preseason game yet, it will all be over in 6 short months. Kind of drives home the point to enjoy each game with this team, this QB as much as you can.

 

Let's hope that 6 months from today, Josh will be forever enshrined in that photo with confetti falling that he dreams of showing his daughter one day.

I have thought about this a lot lately. Josh is going into his 9th season. Time flies. Before we blink, he will be retired. Trying to enjoy it as much as possible while it's here (and before Nate Peterman 2.0 is our QB).

Football is not MLB, NHL or NBA.

 

Foolish takes state that one game is not important and you have lots of time over the lengthy season. The length of the Season misleads one into that, but in fact, each single weekly game (over its course), is a huge single multiple of those other sports.

 

And the reward for doing well, is Post Season at home- pre Super Bowl!
They are ALL important!
