To sidetrack a bit further….I was at a birthday party at a private venue with a bunch of people from the music world. They had brought in a band from Orlando to play the party, and as they get ready to play “Sitting on the Dock of the Bay” they acknowledge bass guitarist Duck Dunn who is at our table and say he wrote the song. His wife June turns to me and says “Boy do I wish! If he wrote it we’d never have to worry about money again!” He played bass on that, and every time I hear the song I think of Duck, but he didn’t write it. Awesome guy, RIP. Fast forward a couple hours and we are sitting with the Orlando band members while all the “guests” at the party take over their instruments and put on one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. The guys from Orlando are stunned that they are getting paid to attend and lend their instruments for this impromptu concert that broke out. That was a very cool night! 1 3 Quote

By comparison, I was 5'10" before age started shrinking me. My hands measure about an inch larger. You would have difficulty finding players in the NFL with hands smaller than Reese possesses. Larger hands are not just better for throwing and catching, they help in blocking, shedding blocks, tackling, defending passes etc. I appreciate your humor. I just included the information on Reese's hands as a curiosity. 1 Quote
