There isn't but it's the NFL. Primetime game as well as the 1st real game at the new stadium. The league likes to make a grand entrance with everything they do. There will probably be a lot of Bills alumni (more than usual) at this game. Goodell will probably be in attendance as well. It's not every year a new stadium opens so the league wants this night to be special.

Well done.  I was going to say they tried to book the equally washed up Smashmouth, but I think the lead singer may have died, so that might not have landed well.
