We have $46M in dead cap this year (actually not bad, 10th best in the league). And $20,000 in dead cap next year. I don't know if I would give him a 5-yr deal being that he would be 28 but a 3-yr deal would be ideal and maybe go 4 years but no more than that. 1 Quote

As someone who grew up and got into football in the 90s when running back's were the second most valued position after the QB it still blows my mind how the NFL evolved into a Sport where running backs almost became irrelevant there for a few years 2 Quote
