Sean McVay is said to have invited him to view practices. LA is far from a team needing a rebuild as many pundits believe they have the Conference locked up. But there are rumors he’ll sign up in an advisory position.

It makes sense to be an advisor this year while he takes his time searching for the next team for him to turn around.  I’ve said before possible options in the next cycle is AZ, and even Tampa Bay.  Tampans are sick of the .500 achievement year after year for Bowles.  Having some talent, and a fresh start with McD might convince to take an extension for Baker.

If McD has a QB, some talent like Vea, and others would be a fit for McD.  Bucs fans would love him, and with NFCS perpetually devoid of a related division, he probably would win the NFCS for Several years.  I doubt he would overtake the Rams, or Seahawks, but playoff wins, yes.

Likely to get hair styling tips from McVay

Any dude over age 18 with that hairdo should be ashamed.  It's the previous generations' broccoli head.  Inexcusable.

The wife loves Charlotte, they went back there right away, and the Panthers' owner is a mercurial guy who might be interested in an upgrade if things don't go well this year.  Just sayin.

He said in that interview he did from his house in carolina that he is going to seek out the leaders of industries/business and learn from them and see how they do things.

More than willing to be this is that.  Mcdermott is going to watch how Mcvay runs things to learn.

I think the options McDermott would like are Washington and Indianapolis, one would think that Steichen and Quinn cannot have losing or non-playoff season.

Obviously Charlotte is in play as well. Cincinnati would be a nice job for him but they seemingly never replace coaches until their contracts are up for expiry.

McVay: “What defense did you design that gives up all those 3rd and 17s?  ‘Cause we want to not do that.”

Maybe, but dude would squeeze your head like a grape until it popped 💪

And then he'd go home to his wife. The absolute last guy anyone should hate on.

Smart.  Soak it up. Improve.

Wait till he is at Chiefs camp.  That will be a good time for everyone.

Hey andy remember that time you fired me because my defense got us beat two years in a row in the playoffs and then you replaced me with an offensive line coach to run the defense.....well I am back to get some tips.

Advise what?? Seriously. How to turn Garrett into an 8 sack run zone defender monster. I know, he’ll force McVay to end every game and half with no timeouts for the offense
