After Scourton going down, now Panthers' rookie WR Chris Brazzell II will miss 8 weeks with an LCL tear. Tough start to the new season for them so far.

Brazzell was my draft crush.

Sorry to see the Panthers have had a couple of discouraging injuries.

It sucks for any team.

I imagine it's just instincts kicking in, but you know Reid was looking at him like this on the sideline.

I actually quite liked him too. Size , speed freak. I worry he’s just a deep threat due to the limited tree but he’s a swing for the fence type guy.

And thankfully since he’s a Panther he should be a Bill in about 4-5 years so hold tight . :)

Drake Maye sucks ass. That kid got exposed in the playoffs and he will fade away this season.

If only that were true. The kid is good and will keep getting better. But it doesn’t matter short term because we have the best player on the planet still. Bills will win a Super Bowl in the next couple years but patriots aren’t going away with Maye leading them

I think Drake Maye is good, but I want to hold out saying great until I see him this year.

A tougher schedule and full year of tape as starter with McDaniels as OC.

I can’t just forget what I saw in the postseason after McDermott put him in vice grip that second half of our second game against them.

I don’t think he’ll regress to be a one year wonder, but I don’t know if he’s more Joe Burrow or more Bo Nix.. or maybe somewhere in-between, Trevor Lawrence, Justin Herbert?

Worthy, once again hurts his shoulder.

Two WR's down, one of them expected to be a heavy contributor.

Pearsall out for the year with a knee injury. Sucks for SF. I guess that's why they signed Deebo.

Quote

The San Francisco 49ers placed Ricky Pearsall on season-ending injured reserve Saturday as the wide receiver continues to deal with a posterior cruciate ligament injury in his right knee.

Niners general manager John Lynch said Pearsall will have surgery in the next couple of weeks. The timeline for his recovery is six to 12 months, with nine months the potential sweet spot for a return.

Yup. Could be nothing, but he had shoulder issues last year too. He's a fragile little guy.

Chiefs will probably employ their usual rehab regimen:

1. Have injured player hold up a liquor store, or pull a carjacking.

2. Pumping iron in the prison yard or participating in prison riots will toughen the injured. 🤕

Rookie Stribling is also hurt -  49ers' De'Zhaun Stribling: Nursing hamstring tightness

Then you got the experience that is Aiyuk - Brandon Aiyuk appears to mock Kyle Shanahan after 49ers coach was involved in car accident

A lot is on the shoulders of Mike Evans right now.

Aiyuk is quickly proving himself to be not only crazy, but a trash human being. I doubt any team brings him in... ever again. Hope he has a good financial advisor.
