Do they get paid up front or on a rolling basis as each year gets paid? If so, he has a massive recurring cash cow hitting all over the place.

No...NFLPA caps the limit for NFL negotiated contracts at a maximum of 3%.

 

On deals outside of that for endorsements and other things, he cleans up tho, charging 10-20% for that.

10% hardly, the maximum he charges is 3% and the legal cap is set by the NFPA.

The top sports agents have to absolutely kill it. They are like the house, they get a piece of the action regardless of who the perceived winner is.  I’d love to see a pie chart of the top agents, because it seems like the top guys in each sport control a good chunk of the market.

He's kind of like that bird that sits on the back of the elephant or the rhino just picking bugs off of them, where ever you see a player that has a very high ceiling when he comes into the league you will see him very close behind & more than likely at the combine so he can get a jump on negotiations .
