This is an immediate target IMO.  He's more important than any WR signing we could make.

We need to stop the run, from Leonhard's lips to gods ears.

I usually hear "requests trade" and immediately replace it with "requests big new contract with the same team."

I mean, who wouldn't be? He would be that behemoth in the middle of the DL.

The question is, "why is he requesting a trade?" If it's $$$, we don't have that much to go around.

He's a great player, no doubt .

But giving a ton of money to a 31 year old NT, when the cap is already tight doesn't seem too appealing to me personally

It's 100% contract related - he is on the last year of his current deal.

I could see a trade of TJ Sanders, and a draft pick.  I don't know if Sanders has a "home" in this defense, we shall see.

He immediately transforms our defense - it's really that simple.  Coming off a stud season, age 31 is certainly a risk, but he would instantly fix our run defense and give Jimmy more flexibility with the secondary

Imagine Vea lined up next to Walker and Ed?  😱

I doubt Beane would make this type of move, but it could be a championship if he can stay healthy and collapse the pocket on the reg. He wasn’t as dominant vs the run last season as in the past and but he was wreaking havoc as a pass rusher.

Seems like a move the ravens would make.  My money is on them making it happen.  They have some cap room to work with

He wants a new contract so this is just posturing.

That said, I’d do whatever it takes to land him. He’s one of the best interior linemen in football, if not the best.

It’s nuclear war with Los Angeles, among others.    We’re half way through Allen, and the half that’s gone is his most athletic half.   Top end Josh may be around for as few as two or three years.    I’ll let Beane decide if it’s possible.    If it is, I’d pull the trigger.     Signed, Neo … who never spent a day as a GM.

No doubt he's a beast. I think for me it just comes down to cost and cap.

Youre gonna have to give up a lot, and got to pay him a crap load in a non premium position. (With a tight cap)

Am I the only Bills fan unconcerned with the DT room? Oliver and Walker is a perfectly fine starting duo. Plus Leonhard's scheme is designed to manufacture pressure. I'm good on another high price DL investment.

He's a superstar. So he doens't fit in the Bills culture.

He probably won’t want to wear that awful new uniform for even one game.  I’m calling it now, that’s why he will not become a Buffalo Bill.

I mean this with absolutely 0 disrespect. This is the worst take I've seen in a long, long time. Players like this change everything about D Line efficiency
