You are accurately describing Palmer’s ceiling, that he came no where close to last year, which is why bringing in Cooks to compete for that job makes so much sense to me. Quote

I think you're right that he's got a chance to put up WR4 numbers and should be given every opportunity to prove that. I'm wanting #3 settled with a guy who we know can do it. One year deal for Allen with incentives and let's go win the Championship. 2 Quote
