Victory Formation Posted July 1 Posted July 1 I'm a millennial, so my memory only goes back so far, but I'll start with Lee Evans.. I think that if he played in this offense, in his prime, he would be a perennial 1,000yd + receiver.. He played with with terrible QBs throughout his career.. One of the most explosive WRs I think in franchise history, he was a threat to break one every time.. With Josh he would be making the Pro Bowl every year.. Nate Clements in my mind was the best CB in Bills history.. Many people throw the term "shutdown corner" around but in all actuality it implies to very few players.. Nate Clement was the epitome of a shutdown corner, for the first 5-6 years of his career he was absolutely amazing.. He fell off after he went to San Francisco if I remember, but still, he was pretty much the best corner in the NFL for a solid 5 years straight.... Other random players: Jason Peters, Travis Henry, Stevie Johnson, Ryan Fitzpatrick, LeSean McCoy, Ted Washington, Pat Williams, Takeo Spikes, London Fletcher, Devin Singletary and so many more.. I started watching in 1980 so I can respect the guys before that but since I was not a fan at the time none of them are in my favorite list. Super bowl era it was the Thurmonator for sure. He led the league in yards from scrimmage for an unprecedented 4 years in a row. The Bills don't go to any of those super bowls without him, imo. In the modern era, Fitz was a blast to watch, and such a gunslinger. With a marginally better arm he could have been really special. Freddie of course was awesome, what a great story, and an absolute beast. 3 Quote

The tandem of McGee on KR and Roscoe Parrish returning punts was crazy. Forget the fact that he didn’t score. This is one of the sickest returns I’ve ever seen. McGee was freaking awesome, I also liked Jabari Greer and Jairus Byrd too! I hesitated to add Paul Posluszny's name into the mix, but he's another guy I liked too... I was pumped when we drafted him.. I'm getting nostalgia thinking about it! It takes me back to a time when life was a lot simpler.. 1 Quote

I can't even bear to watch that play... it upsets me so much that he didn't score. If only the other 10 guys on the field played half as hard as McGee did on that play, he would have scored. A new and fun magic. Josh to "Everybody Eats?" in the 20's.... Best yet but still waiting for Josh's soulmate to step forward. Conclusion: I now understand why I'm up this early and don't have to go to work. Damn! I'm old.
