Desert Bills Fan Posted June 6 Posted June 6 (edited) “Buffalo Bills signed former Kansas City Chiefs UDFA wide receiver Mac Dalena The Buffalo Bills have made a transaction on June 1 — signing of wide receiver Mac Dalena. He entered the NFL as a Kansas City Chiefs undrafted free agent signing in 2025 after a collegiate career at Fresno State. He spent time on the Seattle Seahawks practice squad a season ago and was a member of the New York Jets earlier this calendar year. ” “Dalena spent five years at Fresno State — though he never registered a reception in his sophomore season — and finished his time with the Bulldogs having made 126 receptions for 1,761 yards with 13 receiving scores. As a senior in 2024, he caught 64 passes for 1,065 yards and eight touchdowns. Last year, in two preseason games for the Chiefs, Dalena caught two passes for nine yards. At the 2025 Fresno State Pro Day, Dalena measured in at 5’9 5/8” and 180 pounds with 9 1/4” hands. He ran 4.43 with a 1.56 10-yard split in the 40-yard dash. Those would fall into the 73rd percentile and 41st percentile at the receiver position, respectively. Dalena also had a 38.5” vertical (68th), 125” broad jump (73rd), and a three-cone of 6.89 seconds (62nd). Dalena’s athleticism makes him a semi-intriguing early June acquisition before minicamp and training camp in July. Cornerback Daryl Porter Jr. was released as the corresponding move to the Dalena signing.” Excerpt From “Buffalo Bills sign former Kansas City Chiefs UDFA wide receiver” Buffalo Rumblings Edited June 6 by Desert Bills Fan 3 Quote

Kirby Jackson Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Joey Porter Jr. is on the Steelers. Daryl Porter Jr. is not to be confused with him as a player. 2 Quote

Snowbowl Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Longshot at best but it would suck if he turned out to be good on the Chiefs. Glad our staff is looking for guys who might be hidden gems. Thanks for posting. Hard to keep up with all the roster moves. 1 Quote

NewEra Posted June 6 Posted June 6 pretty much every play was a bomb. Looks to have nice burst off the line, decent straight line speed and ball tracking. 4.35 40. 38.5 very. Couldn’t see him really run any routes in that video. Seems like a guy you put out there to run go routes Could be a candidate for our PS due to that deep ball ability 2 1 1 Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Dalena's listed at 5'11'' and 180 pounds but this guy doesn't appear whispy or small. To the contrary he looks solidly built and very athletic. Quote
