sven233 Posted June 5 Posted June 5 It's been like 5 years since I have played a Madden game, but these numbers seem respectable on the surface. Obviously we are not going to have anything to complain about with Allen as he's got the highest rating possible, but in terms of the other top guys on the team, I would have to know the guys ratings that are higher than them from around the league to make any arguments. 2 Quote
No_Matter_What Posted June 5 Posted June 5 I know nothing about Madden. Why are no rookies listed? Quote
dhg Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Old guy here. Never played Madden. I have no idea what any of those ratings mean. 1 Quote
somnus00 Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Surprised Walker is below Sanders and Jackson. Gardner-Johnson should be higher. Bernard at 83 is a bit of a surprise as well. Overall, I think the numbers are right about where I'd put them. 1 Quote

It's just 0-99 rating 99 the most talented .. guys in the 50s will be bagging groceries 13 minutes ago, No_Matter_What said: I know nothing about Madden. Why are no rookies listed? Cus they are not graded yet.. probably around July the rookies will get the ratings they're probably still working on them 1 Quote
gomper Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Bishop at 80 is a few points low. 83 to me. Same with McGovern. He's an 85 and probably the most underrated C in the league. Quote
BuffaloBillies Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Can you control OL when playing? Dawkins is 88... can I do more stuff with him, or just means he'll automatically block better/longer than other OL with lower numbers? Quote
quincy Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Benford should be 85 at least IMO. O'Cyrus is also underrated and should be 78 at least. Hawes should be 70 at least. Bernard and Stone are overrated a bit. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Torrence should be about 84 DJ Moore should be 90 Benford should be 90 Quote

You have to remember Josh was like an 92 coming off of three straight 40 touchdown seasons Moore and Benford by that metric aren't 90s .. Tre white all prod and was like a 92 I would say Bedford is an 87 and more should be an 86 and both can grow.. moore goes for 1200 he could be 90 Benford needs to be more consistent to reach a 90 at corner tho... Tre white made 2 all pro teams and peaked at like 92 Edited June 5 by Buffalo716 1 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Dawkins is a bit high - living on reputation Torrence is accurate. He was the worst of the starting 5 OL. Had high hopes for him but he has not progressed. Play him this year and let him walk. Never been an Oliver fan but 82 is too low for him. When healthy he can be a solid just below ProBowl player. 86 or 87 seems better. Rousseau is overrated. Again last year he disappeared for huge stretches of the season. Will be interesting to see how he transitions to the new defense. Quote
MJS Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Ouch, that's a brutal grade for Deone Walker. He'll jump 8 to 10 points this year, I'd wager. Everything else is relatively fair. 1 hour ago, gomper said: Bishop at 80 is a few points low. 83 to me. Same with McGovern. He's an 85 and probably the most underrated C in the league. I think 80 is fair for Bishop. He still has a lot to prove, especially nationally. Bills fans are excited about him and know uis potential, he just has to show it consistently. McGovern could have a higher score. But he isn't too far off. I'd give him an 83 or 84 rating right now, with a good chance to grow if he has another solid season. 1 Quote

Bernard and Stone are overrated a bit. yea, benford, OCyrus, ed o, Chubb and cjgj felt a bit low (and I’d say in order with ocyrus most egregious, and cjgj less) the gap from ed o at 82 to Rousseau’s 88 seemed too wide, with maybe a bit of push needed on each side 1 Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted June 6 Posted June 6 (edited) Overrated: Rousseau, Danna, Bernard, Hamlin, & Stone Underrated: Bishop, CJGJ, Brown, Benford, Chubb, Walker, Torrence, & Anderson Edited June 6 by Kirby Jackson Quote
Victory Formation Posted June 6 Posted June 6 I haven't played Madden or video games in general for years and years and years, but Madden ratings every offseason has always been fun to see.. Allen is a beast and having a 93 rated RB makes the Bills a monster! Quote
NewEra Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Bradley Chubb 78 Mike Danna 77 One of many reasons why Madden sucks now 1 Quote
