Special K Posted Wednesday at 11:31 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:31 PM I honestly don't see how this trade could work Salary Cap-wise, and I also don't see the Vikings accepting this offer unless Jefferson forces it, but here it is: Bills get: WR Justin Jefferson Vikings get: 2027 1st, 2nd, and 4th rounder 2028 3rd and 5th rounder Here's the article this came from: https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/bills-vikings-massive-trade-pitch-225131883.html 2 1 5 1 Quote
Mango Posted Wednesday at 11:34 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:34 PM That feels higher than Garret. 1, 2, and 4 in the same year is huge. 9 1 Quote

It’s not realistic (at all) but I would without blinking. The Rams are setting the tone that the cost is irrelevant for stars. nosejob Posted Wednesday at 11:58 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:58 PM Ummm nope. Quit it or don't mortgage the future. We've had enough wasted money over the last few years. Just stop. The Pats cleaned the books, took a 2nd year QB to the SB and have the means to build a team to kick our asses for another 20 year run. I get it they hit the skids for a couple of years and benefited, but we don't have to do that. How about drafting a J.J. or a Crosby, etc. I think it's cool what the Rams have done, but we don't have that kind of FO. 2 3 1 Quote

I don’t get the concept of Justin Jefferson as “wasted money.” You could call Josh Palmer wasted money but not Jefferson. 3 7 1 Quote

Verse on his own was worth more than a 1. Maybe a 1 and a 2 or a 1 and and 3 at very min. He's a 24 year old 2X probowl pass rusher. 2 4 1 Quote

Not that he's available but to me he fits a need and is at an age that he can contribute some a substantial amount of years after. I'd give up what's proposed for Jefferson and Rousseau and ask for a 6th in 2027 and 2028 back. Edited Thursday at 12:41 AM by The Jokeman Quote
Pecker Posted Thursday at 12:53 AM Posted Thursday at 12:53 AM I wish Beane would commit and go all in to win. You win with superstars and we have 1. Go get Crosby or something! 2 1 1 Quote

NewEra Posted Thursday at 02:35 AM Posted Thursday at 02:35 AM I would. Might not be worth it…but if we win a SB, it will be. I’d like our chances to win one with him. 1 1 Quote
Amaru523 Posted Thursday at 02:57 AM Posted Thursday at 02:57 AM I'm sorry, but I'm not a fan of the 'don't mortgage the future' arguments. Josh might be the best player this franchise will ever see, and at the most important position. Josh is right here, right now, it's time to do whatever it takes to win a damn Super Bowl. 5 6 3 Quote
Poleshifter Posted Thursday at 03:07 AM Posted Thursday at 03:07 AM No. Try to get over this blockbuster trade nonsense. 1 1 Quote
DJB Posted Thursday at 03:11 AM Posted Thursday at 03:11 AM Yes you do this and not think twice Indont want to look back on Josh career 10’years from now if we don’t win a SB and always wonder “what if” (if Beane doesn’t once push his chips in) We need to make a huge splash 2 2 Quote
Fleezoid Posted Thursday at 03:19 AM Posted Thursday at 03:19 AM I say do it. Tired of being just good enough to lose in the playoffs. At some point you just have to swing away. And there's ways to get 1 or 2 of those draft picks back. 4 1 Quote
BarleyNY Posted Thursday at 04:37 AM Posted Thursday at 04:37 AM Ridiculously low comp for Jefferson. I’d do it in a heartbeat (obviously), but the Vikes would laugh at the offer. 1 4 Quote
Buffalo Ballin Posted Thursday at 05:48 AM Posted Thursday at 05:48 AM No. Vikes completely nuked us into orbit. Remember that moment when Justin Jefferson gets badly injured and we're out of all of those picks. 1 2 Quote
EssexBill Posted Thursday at 06:37 AM Posted Thursday at 06:37 AM Not worth the price imo as we already got DJ Moore and drafted Bell, so the need for WR isn’t as high. If we were spending that kind of capital it should have been on Myles Garrett 1 1 4 Quote
MJS Posted Thursday at 06:56 AM Posted Thursday at 06:56 AM (edited) Why? That is an astronomical price that no team would agree to. This seems like a Madden trade, or something. Edited Thursday at 06:57 AM by MJS 4 1 Quote

Sure, when McD was fired, the "don't mortgage the future" conservatism should have gone with him. Unfortunately, Beane, like McD is still nibbling at the edges, and now the dreaded roster/scheme misfit on defense is with us. 1 2 Quote
