The Real Buffalo Joe Posted Wednesday at 07:34 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:34 PM Excluding Legends, you can bring back any player from the Bills, in his prime with us. But he has to be: 5 years retired from football (theoretically HOF eligible) Not in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Not on the Bills wall of Fame. My initial answer was Kyle Williams. But I feel that it's only a matter of time before his name goes up on the wall. 1 1 Quote

Gregg Posted Wednesday at 07:46 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:46 PM (edited) On offense it would be Eric Moulds to give Josh another weapon and upgrade the WR room. On defense it would be Cornelius Bennett to improve the pass rush. If I were allowed to select Bills legends which your post says isn't allowed then it would be 78 and 83. stlbills13 Posted Wednesday at 07:50 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:50 PM Sean McDermott. Just kidding This is a fun question. Probably Moulds on offense just because you're obviously not taking a QB. Cook is coming off a rushing title and two monster seasons so you're content at RB unless you just want to run wild. The o-line could use upgrading but there's not an absolute must-have from the past. So just kind of leaves WR and I'll go Moulds. Defensively I just don't know yet since I am not sure yet where the weakness is. But you can never have enough pass rushers so any of the names mentioned already would suffice. He's not retired but if I got them in their prime you would talk me into Tre White or Matt Milano from a recency bias standpoint. Quote
Gregg Posted Wednesday at 08:01 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:01 PM Even though he is known for his time with the Lions another former Bill selected for this thread could be Chris Spielman. Quote

I mean Ruben brown or Jason Peters would instantly upgrade us to the best line in the NFL We can have the best bookend tackles or a supreme guard next to our two good tackles already with our good center It wouldn't be my first choice but those two guys would absolutely help our offense immensely Quote

BillsPride12 Posted Wednesday at 08:05 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:05 PM Moulds and Cornelius are the easy answers but I would probably quantify them as better than just "Good" players in my book. 3 Quote

NewEra Posted Wednesday at 08:16 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:16 PM Offense -Moulds Defense- Takeo/Pat William would be the best fits considering the current roster but improving the pass rush should always be priority #1- I’ll take Mario Williams. 1 1 Quote
