I think Kincaid could have a big season on tap if he can actually stay healthy. Carmichael was the OC in New Orleans when Jimmy Graham had the four best years of his career. Granted Payton was calling the plays, but Carmichael still had his hands in it.

@HappyDays, as always thanks for linking these updates.

They're a nice appetizer for people who can actually judge what is coachspeak and what isn't... which is sadly fewer people than one would hope.

It's nice to hear things beyond "we're trusting the process and engaging the daily habit of improvement."

Specifically to hear Carmichael talk about self-scouting and evolving the offense is very reassuring to me because my greatest fear is that the Bills coaches are in an echo chamber and set in their ways. Clearly that's not the case and it's too bad there are people here who can't discern between something that is fluffy and something that is substantive.

Love hearing that Bell had an excellent practice. I'm already over Joshua "Injury Report" Palmer, if Bell can rise up and become our #3 WR that would be huge.

His route running reminds me so much of Diggs. Twitchy feet, quick, crisp cuts with sudden acceleration. Here's hoping his star rises just like Stefon's did.

Not seen Keon and Dion.

These are 2 Bills that need to improve on last season.  I’m not sure why these 2 are not there.  But they have been talking they want to be better this year.  Actions, Not Words.  Let’s see it!

If it’s anything to go by his instagram, diggs might be mentoring bell soon lol

I agree.  Diggs would be my competition too.  Not as sudden or crisp either the route running, but his movements remind me of Diggs

I think we’re going to see more of an attack mode on both sides of the ball.  More focus on the passing game on offense (Cook could have a huge year catching the ball) and playing downhill on defense.

I remember hearing an old Saint saying they practiced red zone stuff on Friday. They called it “Jimmy Graham Friday”. He was tough to stop for a while there.

I know it's only OTAs, but if Keon is serious about getting better after saying his last year was ass, he needs to be there (barring any emergencies or illness). Also, Moore took a huge shot from Benford? They can hit at OTAs?

No, no. He poured him a huge shot.

Is it me or is Benford looking a little more jacked this off season?

At about the 50 second mark, Josh throws to Moore on the sideline, then to Shakir. Look at how much bigger Moore is. That's why he's so tough running after the catch.  Looks like a running back.

There have been several clickbait headlines suggesting Moore is struggling. Then when you read what he actually said it was “it’s good now, later it will be perfect.”

"Ah, Its goin good, I mean (chuckles), it's gonna be perfect later on, but right now it's still growing pains,"

As H2O alluded to, if Dalton can stay healthy, I predict a huge season.  Pete can, and will scheme up Dalton like Jimmy Graham.  Adding DJ and Bell is adding 2 WR who can separate quickly.  Add design passes to Cook, That is a whole lot for a defense to try and stop.  All bodes well for Dalton.  Stay Healthy Dalton.  Have some Jimmy Graham seasons. Go Dalton
