I think he breaks through at some point and wins it all. Maybe when he realizes he doesn't need to try to do everything. Maybe even as his skills diminish and forces him to not try to do everything and take what's there.

Josh certainly isn't regressing if he throws the ball 500+ times he's gonna have 35 TDs 

 

Always said I see Josh having a year throwing 50

i myself think fans here excuse Allen to much even when he himself will take blame. People need to realize he is human he will have more great games than bad but he will have bad games.. just like every other great QB has

AJ Brown is the first WR1 that NE's had since probably Randy Moss. He's not gonna be as good at 29 as he was at 25, but he's still an upgrade over Diggs, who was coming back from an ACL last year (played well just not at a wr1 level). Then there's the other WR acquisition Romeo Doubs, who's 26 and probably also better than Diggs was last year. Mack Hollins is back for another year. Kyle Williams is a deep threat who should improve from his rookie season. Boutte & Douglas are back, unless traded. It's the best WR room I've seen in here in a LONG time.

 

Maye himself should improve in his 2nd season (will be 24 in August) under McDaniels. The OL is improved at 3 positions, though still a question mark. RB's are good (including Gilliam), TE is a little thin at the moment. NE's offense should be potent this year.

 

The Bills and Pats schedules are basically identical strength (both tough).
