Sierra Foothills Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Observations from Mike Florio via ProFootballTalk: "For the Bills, the headline to the 2026 season relates to the christening of a new stadium. But there’s also an important subtitle. When it comes to their eight road games, they’ve been arranged in an interesting pattern. Eight of Buffalo’s nine road games come two in a row at a time. And they’ll have four out of five games away from home. TWICE. The schedule also includes three home games in a row (Week 2, 3, 4), and only two home games after Thanksgiving. It all adds up to a couple of stretches during which the new venue will be largely unused. Between October 4 and November 22, there’s only one home game. Then, after two home games four days apart, there’s only one home game between Thanksgiving and Week 18. The configuration becomes just another factor the Bills will have to navigate as they embark on the first season with a new coach but the same-old sky-high expectations." https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/the-bills-will-play-four-of-five-games-on-the-road-twice 1 Quote

mannc Posted May 15 Posted May 15 (edited) Bottom line: All 32 teams have to play 17 football games in the same 18-week period. This stuff should all come out in the wash, no matter how “unfair” certain aspects might seem in isolation… Edited May 15 by mannc 1 Quote
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted May 15 Posted May 15 tough outs right off the get. seems by mid season one should have a good idea what this teams made of and if they look like a team who can contend for the lombardi. short of it all, this will be no easy task based off that schedule. Quote

If memory serves, the Chiefs played on five, maybe six different days last year. They played on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and a Friday international game according to the schedule I saw. Quote
st pete gogolak Posted May 15 Posted May 15 If somebody already commented on it, sorry but if for whatever reason you’re feeling bad about the Bills’ schedule, check out the Broncos’ first six games. Ridonkculous. Quote
