I’m sure it’s great for the NFL, but bad for the fans and the Bills. If the rumor is true that we get LV to open the season, think of it as Detroit has to go on the road on a short week to face a Super Bowl contender coming off a tune-up game, with an absolutely rabid home crowd giving them all they can handle. If you think it's bad for us, it's magnitudes worse for them. 7 2 1 Quote

Most parents, rightfully so, aren’t bringing their kids to a night game. I wish my parents were willing to shell out $300-400 to take me to a football game… The place will be rocking. Quote

The Giants got a Sunday afternoon 4 pm game to open Metlife. The Jets were actually Monday night, the next day in 2010. Quote
julian Posted May 12 Posted May 12 I don’t mind it, give us @Patriots week 3 coming off a mini bye. 1 Quote

I just preferred the Bills having a full week to prepare for this once in 50 year event. But it will be a spectacle no doubt, and could be a great game for the country to watch. Quote

Upper deck and endzones starting around $500 per. Sideline seats start at a grand. Edited May 12 by Virgil 1 Quote

I can’t believe they’re opening the place on a goddamn weeknight. Oh well, at least I’ll make money selling the tickets. I would recommend listing ASAP. My sister is getting married that weekend so I also was unable to attend. I have tickets in section 436 and they sold in less that 5 minutes for $700 each Quote

The entire stadium it's basically going to be season ticket holders Whether those people got two tickets or four tickets I would wager that there is going to be less children than there was before because these tickets are crazy expensive and parents are probably not spending on a season ticket for a child I don't think there's a lot of parents who are trying to buy tickets to the first game just to bring there 8-year-old child... There's a lot of other time to do that when the tickets go down some It's going to be a bunch of men and women who bought season tickets.. you will probably see people bringing their father before they bring their kid My friend has three tickets.. him and his wife.. he's bringing his dad with third ticket not his son I think the demographic of fathers trying to bring their son to the first game is smaller than what you think.. it's basically going to be the same crowd on that Thursday night game than it would have been if it was a Sunday game I don't think you would get 10,000 more children... It's a small number Edited May 12 by Buffalo716 1 Quote

You're right. I saw Sunday but didnt realize it was afternoon, not night. So MetLife got a Monday Night Game and 4pm Sunday game. Quote

Do you think the Bills will be exhausted Sunday after standing in 100 degree temperature all afternoon? Let's hope it is not Miami. I hope it is not true. Just my guess because no other games listed beside those two. Quote
Low Positive Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Better to have the Thursday night games early. less wear and tear on the players. 1 Quote

I’ll only be able to attend a few games this year I have little kids so can’t make it to all of them. I don’t know exactly what games yet but if you have one in mind once the schedule comes out let me know and you can all the ticket master fees and stuff 1 1 Quote

Kirby Jackson Posted May 12 Posted May 12 I was kind of hoping that they’d sacrifice the Pats to us. The Bills would’ve beaten them by 30. 1 Quote
