Bills!Win! Posted May 11 Posted May 11 I just looked at tickets in the nose bleeds. They’re the same Price as the 2nd row seats I usually get at old high mark 1 1 Quote
Virgil Posted May 11 Posted May 11 I don’t know how to hate this anymore than I currently do. Short rest in week 2 against a really tough opponent to open the new stadium. I’m sure it’s great for the NFL, but bad for the fans and the Bills. 1 2 1 1 Quote

Thursday (or Monday) gives a multi-hour pregame show with focus on the new stadium. I don’t really care about a multi hour focus on the stadium so much as a win and a pleasant day. thusdays blow. 1 minute ago, Virgil said: I don’t know how to hate this anymore than I currently do. sven233 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Outside the box choice for sure. Opening our stadium against an NFC opponent on short rest in Week 2..... I guess I would rather have short rest early in the season rather than late, though. It's not the opener I think many of us had in mind, but it's probably going to be a great game. I kind of wish it wasn't against such a good team, but it is what it is. No easing into it all...... Gonna have to gel and be great early! GO BILLS! 1 Quote
transient Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Any concern the stadium may not be ready so it would be an easy switch to Detroit? Would suck from a home game perspective, obviously, but Detroit is kind of the emergency fallback anyway. 4 2 Quote

That’s the NFL’s motivation though. They already look at us like zoo animals. This gives them a few hours of pregame to observe the animals in their new habitat. 3 1 Quote
jimmy10 Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Well that’s f-ing stupid. I’ve got a work event I cannot miss that night that’s been in the works as long as the stadium. I can’t believe they’re opening the place on a goddamn weeknight. Oh well, at least I’ll make money selling the tickets. 1 1 Quote
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 11 Posted May 11 I can’t believe they start TNF So early in the season. Quote

DeepPass Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Really - how many people in the US care about our stadium opening? Personally, I think it's a loser with grass and 60,000 fewer seats! 1 2 Quote
