Whether it is or isn’t we don’t know but the court of public opinion will rule on it. The game would police itself. Guys would be forced to stop because their reputations would be on the line at all times. These guys would be looked at like Terry Rozier. Everything that they ever did would be in question. I wonder if someone asked him if it was worth it to now be in the supplemental draft, and the league knows he’s a pariah. He royally screwed his career. I would’ve crucified either of my sons for such a colossal slew of mistakes. Thank god my sons are so much brighter than this guy. They know how to discern between good decisions, and destroying their futures. Do you not think the NFL even if he’s allowed to go to a team in the supplemental which only happens maybe once every five years, will be an under a microscope forever. This won’t end. He's kinda correct, particularly if they let this slide like it sounds like there is a push for. he's a pretty strong qb prospect, i think minni/zona/jets/miami might grab him w a mid type pick. Colin, there is actually a push by his conference to refuse to play with Texas Tech this year. He’s not getting a pass. Quite the opposite as the NFL is trying to stop these moronic decisions, and has already made severe punishments. Banning for a year, players coaches and staff, and being under a microscope. Quote

If Sorsby goes for the 50th overall pick in 2027 (for example), his contract will be 4yrs for $9,836,992. Not chump change, but be was rumored to be getting $7-8M for his 1 year at Texas Tech. Quote

They’ve VERY quickly went from an irrelevant little program in Lubbock, TX to the villains of college football in like 2 years. Changes were destined to happen with NIL and the portal. It was bound to become the Wild West and they were in the middle of it. Cody Campbell, with his money and power, is driving so much of what is going on around college football. The Sorsby case is interesting to begin with. It’s way more interesting that he was set to be the QB of THAT particular team. Quote
