harmonkillebrew Posted April 19 Posted April 19 I always thought Kiper was a blowhard, but he nailed the Josh Allen analysis, so now I pay close attention to his articles. He has some good picks in this list of favorites that could be nice fits for the Bills. Many of them are 2nd/3rd rounders. This seems like a good draft for trading back from #26 https://www.espn.com/nfl/draft2026/story/_/id/48521984/2026-nfl-draft-mel-kiper-favorite-prospects-every-position-class-sleepers Zachariah Branch, WR Gabe Jacas, Edge Jimmy Rolder, ILB 1 Quote

The Jimmy Clausen stuff was so weird with Kiper... 1 Quote
T.E. Posted April 19 Posted April 19 I personally don't really care if he's wrong or right; he's the only guy who's even remotely interesting on the draft day anchor desk because he's unafraid to give controversial opinions. 11 6 Quote

I only get access to NFL Network coverage over here and while on the whole its good literally every pick is "that's a smart pick." Particularly since Mayock went. 1 2 Quote
jahnyc Posted April 19 Posted April 19 Have to think that Jacas is a possibility for us if we trade down since our new DL coach was his DL coach at Illinois. 3 1 Quote

Buffalo03 Posted April 19 Posted April 19 (edited) Loved this clip from after Josh Allen's first year when Mel Kiper said that Allen would be the best QB from the 2018 first round class 5 years later. He was right. And the arrogance of Todd McShay in this clip is funny. Ironically, McShay was let go a couple years later. No wonder Edited April 19 by Buffalo03 4 1 2 Quote

He was still mocking him in the top ten all the way through his last mock and was all over him all weekend. Book hasn’t been written on Sanders yet, but it is interesting when Kiper goes crazy for guys who wind up going way later than he expected. Quote

Captain Murica Posted April 19 Posted April 19 People forget man, Kiper was fully on the Josh Allen train while others mocked Allen as a parody of QB. 2 Quote

BuffaloBillyG Posted April 19 Posted April 19 This is a fool that staked his whole reputation and career on Jimmy Clausin being a viable NFL quarterback. Even said if he didn't make it he would walk away...then ignored her ever said that. I take absolutely nothing he says seriously. 1 hour ago, GunnerBill said: I only get access to NFL Network coverage over here and while on the whole its good literally every pick is "that's a smart pick." Particularly since Mayock went. Mayock was really good. Then took the Raiders job just to watch Gruden make horrible picks and tarnish Mayock's reputation. Quote

Maybe he falls to 91. Quote
